GOAL

To better educate call centers reps on the selling features of U-verse in all its accessibility formats.

OUTCOME

"TOM", an acronym for all the channels by which you can experience U-verse (Tablet, Online, Mobile), a 3D TOM character was designed to be friendly, flexible, and knowledgeable. Reps received a custom TOM-shaped USB, themed mailer, computer screensaver and desktop wallpaper to keep messaging top of mind. The program website gave reps access to tons of information, fun games (Create Your Own TOM), and ways to follow TOM across various social media platforms (informational videos on YouTube, quirky tweets from TOM himself).
