Spear One acquires Corporate Incentive Travel
Industry leaders expand expertise in group incentive travel
DALLAS, TX, July 9 – Following its January acquisition of incentive industry leader Sunbelt Motivation & Travel, Dallas-based Spear One announces the acquisition of another incentive travel leader, Corporate Incentive Travel, in the Washington, DC area.
This second acquisition expands Spear One’s expertise in incentive travel and offers Corporate Incentive Travel’s clients access to broader services including creative communications, promotional strategy, richer event website development, and non-travel rewards.
Corporate Incentive Travel was formed in 1986 by Dianne Der Bogosian. It developed a strong niche in incentive travel programs to Europe and other international destinations. Der Bogosian will continue managing strategic clients, and key operations managers will continue with Spear One.
